The breakfast room was world class. it offered a really extensive buffet (i especially liked the pastries). the bar area was also excellent. I found the service prompt. the spa experience is unbeatable. It really enhanced the stay.

my room was located in a building behind the main one, and the only view of the lake was from a corridor balcony.

The staff were helpful during the entire stay. Leisure facilities were very good. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. I also enjoyed the meal at the restaurant. The food was delicious.

I found hidden costs that I was not expecting. I had to pay for parking despite staying at the hotel. The pool was not open at all times, as I expected. This was disappointing, as I wanted to use it during the day without paying extra.

i got a room with pleasant outlook over a courtyard garden. the spa and cafe bar areas were lovely. breakfast had plenty choice. i liked pancakes and poached eggs, though a few minutes wait was necessary.

the hotel split services between premium and basic. it affected my stay, i felt.
